The pool and the garden
One of the highlights of Welcome Apts is the outdoor swimming pool, open all year. Set within a peaceful garden, the pool provides a lovely place to cool off, enjoy the Cretan sunshine and unwind throughout the day. Comfortable sun loungers, shaded areas and the surrounding greenery create a relaxed atmosphere that is equally appealing to couples, families and solo travellers.
There is a separate children's pool, a sun deck, an outdoor dining area and a shaded picnic corner, along with outdoor play equipment for younger guests. Pool and beach towels, loungers and umbrellas are provided, so days here can be as active or as slow as you wish.
Comfortable, independent living
Every unit is air-conditioned and comes with a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, a safe, a wardrobe, an iron and a private entrance. Free WiFi covers the whole property and free private parking is available on site without reservation. The property is entirely non-smoking, and pets are welcome on request at no extra charge.

Welcome Apts sits just outside the busier resort centre, close enough for beaches, tavernas and shops yet far enough for genuinely quiet nights. Kalivaki Beach is around 1.6 km away and Georgioupolis Beach around 1.9 km, while Chania International Airport is approximately 41 km by road. The surrounding area is ideal for discovering the natural beauty, villages, coastline and cultural attractions of the region.
